Non-fat and non-alkalised cacao powder lightly sweetened with panela and flavoured with a blend of warming spices contains 70% pure cacao mass made from premium quality 'fino de aroma' cacao beans, 25% organic panela - unrefined dried sugar cane juice and 5% Chai masala - cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, black peppercorns, aniseed, fennel and nutmeg. 

The Chai spice blend is strongly anti-inflammatory, adding it will greatly enhance the natural anti-inflammatory effects of cacao. The cacao beans used in the production of this product come exclusively from the Caquetá region of Colombia, which is why this cacao powder bears the attribute of being single origin (coming from only one region). The beans have been grown and hand-picked exclusively on one particular plantation, which is why the powder can also boast the single estate (sourced from only one plantation). Moreover, this powder is made from only one variety of cacao - Criollo, which is why we also speak of premium varietal cacao.  The fat content of the cacao solids is up to 52%. It is in the high proportion of fat that all the healthy minerals are contained - especially magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron and vitamins - especially A, B1, B2, B3, C and E. 70% Chai cacao Powder Kakaw Co+ contains a large amount of anti-inflammatory antioxidants fortified roots , is rich in theobromine, has a beneficial effect on our nervous and circulatory system, digestive system, ability to concentrate and on mood.

Application: For making hot drinks or chocolate, in porridges, smoothies and cakes.
