This 42% coconut drinking cacao is made from natural cacao mass combined with panela and dried coconut milk. The cacao is non-alkalized and full-fat, preserving its natural cacao butter content, flavour integrity, and nutritional value without chemical treatment. We do not use any refined white sugar – only panela, which preserves a more complex flavour and reflects the natural origin of the cacao. 

Panela, an unrefined dried sugar cane juice, provides gentle sweetness without the use of refined white sugar. Dried coconut milk adds natural creaminess and a subtle coconut aroma, creating a smooth and approachable cacao profile that is easy to drink and suitable for everyday use.

With a natural cacao butter content of approximately 52%, the cacao delivers a rich mouthfeel and supports the absorption of naturally occurring nutrients. Natural cacao is valued for its content of antioxidants, theobromine, and essential minerals – especially magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron, and is traditionally associated with sustained energy, focus, and overall well-being. It also contains a wide spectrum of vitamins, particularly A, B1, B2, B3, C and E. Unlike alkalized cocoa powders, this cacao preserves its natural colour, aroma, and complexity, making it ideal for authentic cacao drinks and chocolate preparations.

Why is this cacao special?

Coconut cacao combines natural cacao with panela and coconut milk to create a gentle, plant-based cacao blend without refined sugar or artificial additives. The use of panela instead of white sugar preserves a more natural sweetness, while coconut milk provides creaminess without dairy.

The naturally sweet, creamy flavour of coconut complements cacao exceptionally well and enhances its smoothness. Because the blend already contains a milk component, it can be prepared simply with hot water, creating a rich and creamy cacao drink without the need for additional milk.
