Golden Cacao are slightly roasted single-origin cacao beans coated in a crunchy layer of white (golden) chocolate, which gives them their distinctive creamy colour, smooth sweetness, and crunchy texture. Made from fino de aroma cacao from the Caquetá region of Colombia and sweetened naturally with panela. Designed primarily for direct consumption as a premium gourmet snack. Free from additives or artificial processing and suitable for kids and vegetarians.

Product detailed description

Our Golden Cacao is made from high-quality cacao beans sourced from the Caquetá region of southern Colombia. After roasting, the beans are caramelised in panela, which adds natural sweetness and subtle caramel notes. They are then dragéed in white (golden) chocolate, made exclusively from cacao butter, panela (unrefined sugar cane juice), and dried whole milk. This process creates a crunchy outer shell with a creamy chocolate character, while the cacao bean inside remains clearly recognisable, delivering a clean snap and crunch with every bite while protecting the aromatic core of the bean.

The result is a cacao snack that is neither natural roasted cacao bean nor conventional chocolate, but a unique product in between: crunchy, aromatic, naturally sweetened, and rich in cacao flavour. Golden Cacao is intended first and foremost for direct consumption, but its texture and flavour also make it suitable as a topping or ingredient.

Cacao beans are naturally rich in magnesium, potassium, iron, antioxidants, and theobromine. They are valued as a natural source of sustained energy, mental focus, and mood support, without the sharp stimulation associated with caffeine. They also contain a wide spectrum of vitamins, particularly A, B1, B2, B3, C and E, and are traditionally associated with sustained energy, focus, and overall well-being.
