Full-fat, non-alkalized natural cacao made from 70% cacao mass from Colombia, gently sweetened with panela and blended with warming spices traditionally used in ritual/ceremony cacao preparations. This cacao offers natural sweetness, aromatic depth, and a grounding, comforting character. Free from additives and artificial processing and suitable for kids, vegetarians and vegans.

This 70% drinking cacao blend is made from pure cacao mass, combined with panela and a carefully selected blend of warming anti-inflammatory spices. The cacao is non-alkalized and full-fat, preserving its natural cacao butter content, flavour complexity, and aromatic depth without chemical treatment. We do not use any refined white sugar – only panela, which preserves a more complex flavour and reflects the natural origin of the cacao. 

Panela, a traditional unrefined sugar cane juice, provides gentle, rounded sweetness and complements the natural bitterness of cacao. The spice blend — ginger, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves — adds warmth, aromatic richness, and complexity, enhancing both flavour and overall sensory experience. This cacao blend is designed for slow preparation and mindful consumption.

With a natural cacao butter content of approximately 52%, the cacao delivers a rich mouthfeel and supports the absorption of naturally occurring nutrients. Natural cacao is valued for its content of antioxidants, theobromine, and essential minerals – especially magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron, and is traditionally associated with sustained energy, focus, and overall well-being. It also contains a wide spectrum of vitamins, particularly A, B1, B2, B3, C and E. Unlike alkalized cocoa powders, this cacao preserves its natural colour, aroma, and complexity, making it ideal for authentic cacao drinks and chocolate preparations.

Spices such as ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and black pepper are known for their strong anti-inflammatory properties, which naturally strengthen and complement the already potent anti-inflammatory effects of pure, non-alkalized cacao.
