This tasting kit presents three artisanal natural chocolates with transparent origins, each representing a different expression of cacao. From dark chocolate from volcanic regions enhanced with wild orange extract, through honest white chocolate made only from cacao butter, to dark varietal chocolate from the Amazon rainforest.

All chocolates in this kit are made from natural, full-fat cacao mass. They are naturally sweetened with sugar cane juice and produced without artificial additives, preserving cacao’s original flavour, aroma, and nutritional value. Natural chocolate is a delicious superfood rich in antioxidants, valued for its positive effects on the heart and brain, as well as its ability to release endorphins, improve mood, and help relieve stress.

Artisanal vs. Commercial Chocolate

Artisanal chocolate is made using the bean-to-bar approach, meaning the entire process — from raw cacao beans to the final chocolate — is carefully controlled by the chocolate maker. In our case, this means working exclusively with natural cacao mass, cacao butter, and panela, without the use of alkalized cocoa powder, emulsifiers, flavourings, or artificial additives.

Commercial chocolate, on the other hand, is typically produced from industrial cocoa powder, often alkalized to standardise colour and taste, and combined with refined sugar and additives. Artisanal bean-to-bar chocolate preserves the natural flavour, structure, and origin of cacao, resulting in a more authentic, expressive, and transparent chocolate experience.

80% Orange Chocolate – 30 g

Dark chocolate from volcanic regions, flavoured with wild orange extract and sweetened with sugar cane juice. Intense cacao flavour balanced by fresh citrus notes.

Allergen-free & vegan friendly.

 

Golden Chocolate – 30 g

Premium white chocolate made from only three ingredients: cacao butter, dried whole milk powder, and dried sugar cane juice. Clean, creamy, and naturally sweet. Contains milk (lactose).

 

70% Varietal Chocolate – Peru Amazonas – 30 g

Natural dark chocolate from the Amazon rainforest, sweetened with sugar cane juice. Distinctive notes of berries, nuts, and caramel create a balanced and comforting tasting experience.
