Genuine white chocolate from the Tolimá region of Colombia, famous for its many volcanic mountains, where the original Criollo variety of cacao can still be found. The foam-shaped chocolate contains only 3 ingredients: a high proportion of cacao butter, powdered milk powder and organic panela - unrefined dried sugar cane juice, full of vitamins and minerals). The pennies are intended for direct consumption or for the preparation of exceptional white hot chocolate. As it is primarily composed of cacao butter, it is not only tasty, but above all healthy and rich in minerals and vitamins. Suitable for vegetarians, without additives.
The cacao butter used in the production of this product comes exclusively from the volcanic region of Tolimá in Colombia, which is why this chocolate is single origin. It can also boast a single estate (sourced from a single plantation). The chocolate is in the shape of a (approx. 5 g) penny and is suitable not only for direct consumption, but also for baking or cooking, for making soups, chocolate liqueurs, etc., due to its excellent solubility.
The product is lovingly packed in an integrative packaging for disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Slovakia.
